On 16 February 2018, one of JustComply clients – MySafety Sp. z o.o. has been removed from the public warning list kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
The company operates a business which involves unique tags that help find lost items. The authority entered the company on the public warning list on grounds of the insurance/co-insurance activity allegedly carried out by the company.
JustComply took an active part in the process of causing MySafety to be removed from the public warning list. We provided the required assistance in providing official submissions and explanations to the authority.
The successful collaboration between MySafety and JustComply has led to its release from the public warning list on 16 February 2018.
